Ever wonder how some women have that flawless complexion? It’s no huge secret. Read on to find out just how you can have that beautiful skin too!

Cleanse, cleanse, cleanse – but not too much!
Cleansing is an important part to maintaining our skin’s appearance. You should always cleanse your face twice a day (such as in the morning or in the night) and only use a cleansing product that is appropriate for your facial skin type. It is particularly important to cleanse your face right before you go to sleep so that your skin can “breathe” and relax during those 6-8 hours of shut eye.
TIP: Try adding a drop or two of your favorite essential oil to you cleanser, such as rose or spearmint, to really give your cleanser a boost.Get some shut eye
Speaking of sleep, it’s important that you do sleep an appropriate amount each and every night so that your skin stays flawlessly beautiful. This means sleeping at least 6 hours, and preferably up to 9, every night of the week – even on those late nights out! Sleep will help keep your skin from appearing dull, saggy, tired and sallow. You can kiss those dark under eye circles goodbye, and that puffy look you wake up with every morning will be kicked to the curb.
Get some sun – but not a tan!
All you need is 10 minutes a day! Having at least 10 minutes (with a maximum of 15 minutes) of unprotected sunlight exposure every day will help give you a healthy helping of vitamin D, a vitamin our body needs to help not only improve the quality of our skin, but also to keep our bones strong and healthy. Vitamin D is the vitamin our body uses as a catalyst to help absorb calcium.
The important thing to keep in mind is that getting some sunlight doesn’t mean going out in the sun and getting a tan. Too much sun will have the absolute reverse effect on you skin and cause it to age, wrinkle, and spot prematurely.
Drink Up!
Drinking at least 8 glasses of water is important to help dispose of the impurities that are floating around in our bodies. What we drink, what we eat, and what we breathe will undoubtedly cause toxins and other pollutants to enter into our bodies, so it is important to flush these out with adequate amounts of water. Removing these toxins will prevent them from damaging your skin.
Water also helps hydrate and nourish your skin, so it is an important component to keeping your skin supple and youthful.
Get moving
Exercise is a wonderful tool when I comes to improving the appearance and quality of your skin. Exercise helps more oxygen enter into your body, which then enter into your cells and helps with the waste removal process (so once again those toxins we come in contact with every day are being expelled). Not only that, but a great exercise routine will leave you with an enviable rosy glow that will last for hours!
